About the role
Lekta AI is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the Growth team by creating high-impact visual assets across sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives. In this role, you will help shape how Lekta AI presents its products, value propositions, and brand to prospects, partners, and the wider audience. You will be the key intermediary between our growth strategies and its recipients through creating engaging, performance-driven designs — from conversion-optimized landing pages for enterprise buyers to educational and sales content that simplifies advanced AI concepts and compels the audience to engage with our solution. You will be a key creative contributor within multidisciplinary teams, helping shape visual narrative for the company, turning complex technological ideas into clear, consistent, engaging, and beautifully crafted designs. This role combines hands-on design execution with strategic collaboration, balancing strong conceptual thinking with excellent execution across multiple touchpoints, including campaigns, brand systems, digital experiences, and presentations. You will also leverage modern design tools, including AI-powered solutions, to work efficiently and creatively.

- Design integrated campaigns across multiple channels (ads, landing pages, emails, social media) for go-to-market initiatives and conversion-focused landing pages in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Support partner and sales enablement initiatives by delivering consistent, on-brand materials for all GTM activities
- Maintain, implement, and evolve the Brand Book, visual standards, and templates to ensure consistency and scalability across markets, products, and campaigns
- Adapt and localize materials for different markets, partners, and customer segments while ensuring visual coherence and high-quality presentation
- Develop, standardize, and maintain graphic templates for social media, blog posts, presentations, emails, and other recurring assets
- Create animations and video content, from advanced productions to quick social media formats, including editing short performance-focused videos
- Own and drive the visual evolution of Lekta AI, continuously improving design standards, workflows, and creative output across all Growth initiatives
