    About the role

    Lekta AI is looking to formalize its marketing operations and build brand awareness internationally. To this end, we are looking to hire the Head of Brand & Marketing to establish, scale, and lead said division within the company. You will start as a team of one, with the support of the company leadership. For this reason, we are looking for someone who can independently set up objectives, develop strategies, and execute them at once. Over time, your responsibilities will grow to include hiring and managing specialists which is why we expect you to be able to balance hands-on work with leadership. The responsibilities related to this position are determined by our overarching goal of positioning the company for success in international markets. This requires the candidates to have a T-shaped marketing skillset, with a particular understanding of how different channels and levers can be put to use together to build brand recognition and support lead generation and overall growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and executing the B2B marketing strategy for international markets in line with the company development plan and sales objectives, in particular in the fields of digital marketing, brand, and channel marketing
    • Running targeted lead generation campaigns across online and offline channels, including ownership for marketing funnel generation and sales pipeline development
    • Building automated processes for lead nurturing and reactivating inactive leads
    • Setting up and executing multi-stage campaigns: outbound marketing, inbound marketing, social media, paid media, events, and industry networks. Building messaging based on customer needs, business benefits, and technical solutions
    • Optimizing campaigns for conversion through strong analytical and problem-solving skills based on data, e.g. A/B testing, performance analysis
    • Defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs
    • Creating product communication content – from sales materials and presentations to digital content and new media campaigns
    • Close collaboration with sales to build sales pipeline potential and execute ABM initiatives

    Qualities

    • 4+ years in international B2B marketing. Early-stage and leadership experience is a plus
    • Demonstrated track record in setting up international brand strategy & marketing operations
    • T-shaped skill set with expertise in SEO, content and performance marketing
    • Product marketing experience in translating features into clear value propositions
    • Proven track record of hands-on work in driving awareness and acquisition
    • Working knowledge of modern marketing tools and analytics
    • Content experience is a plus
    • English C1, Polish and additional languages a plus
