About the role
Lekta AI is looking for a Head of Sales to define, lead, and scale its sales organization across domestic and international markets. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with end-to-end ownership of sales strategy, go-to-market execution, and revenue performance. The role is pivotal in translating Lekta AI's technological capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for building a scalable sales organization, driving market traction, and establishing repeatable processes that deliver sustainable pipeline growth and consistent revenue. In the early stages, this role is highly execution-focused. You will work directly with prospects, validate messaging and value propositions, and experiment with innovative approaches to pipeline generation across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and non-traditional channels. Over time, as traction and structure are established, the role will evolve toward building and leading multi-country sales teams. A key objective is to design and operationalize a scalable, replicable sales model in pilot markets (starting with Poland and Spain) and gradually expand it into a global sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Personally drive revenue growth through direct client engagement and strategic sales activities
- Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with Lekta AI's growth objectives
- Own go-to-market execution for Poland, including building and delivering the country plan across priority verticals (Banking, Utilities, Telco, Insurance)
- Build, operationalize, and continuously optimize the full sales funnel, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure. Set individual client strategies and tailored approaches for key accounts
- Drive market traction through direct engagement with prospects and customers, validating positioning, pricing, and sales motions
- Design and implement innovative, scalable approaches to pipeline generation across multiple channels
- Establish clear sales processes, playbooks, and execution standards to enable repeatable results
- Build and manage enterprise relationships, strategic accounts, and key partnerships
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development
- Represent Lekta AI at industry events, conferences, and strategic customer meetings
- Over time, lead and expand the Sales and Account Management team across multiple geographies
- Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships
Qualities
- Extensive experience (4+ years) in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in technology-driven, or AI-related services
- Proven ability to define and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to build traction from early-stage sales efforts and scale them into structured, repeatable processes
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and ownership mentality
- C-level commercial acumen with the ability to engage in strategic, value-based discussions
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with enterprise customers and partners. Strong problem-solving abilities with a clear focus on deal progression and closure
- Leadership experience with a passion for hands-on growth initiatives and team development
- Ability to operate across multiple geographies and time zones
- Industry knowledge in contact center, conversational AI, or enterprise software is a strong advantage
- C1 English; Polish and additional languages are a plus
