    About the role

    Lekta AI is looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of the Lekta product from a user and business problem perspective. This role is responsible for ensuring that what we build solves the right problems for our clients, with technical sophistication serving as a means to that goal and not a goal in itself. We are in the final stages of the development of a new customer service platform which replaces call centers with in-app support. Through access to customer data, interactions history, and user activity tracking, our approach is proactive and engages with customers at the moments of highest intent. Since Lekta customer service sits within the mobile app, we eliminate IVRs and authentication stages. Furthermore, by splitting the customer service into cycles, we are able to divide tasks between humans and AI agents to have each perform where they provide the most value. In short, we are building a new, transformatory paradigm of customer service that takes stock of AI, cuts costs for companies, and is designed so that people want to interact with it. To get the product behind the finish line, you will operate at the intersection of users, business, and engineering. Your primary responsibility is to deeply understand customer and operational problems, translate them into clear product requirements, and drive execution with our engineering team all the way to production. It is a delivery-oriented product role focused on outcomes, usability, real-world impact, and market success. The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition, execution discipline, and commercial awareness as well as enthusiasm about our approach to customer service. You should be comfortable working closely with engineers, designers, sales, and customers and have the drive to push the product forward end-to-end.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the Lekta product end to end, from problem discovery through delivery, ensuring it solves real user and business problems rather than showcasing technological finesse for its own sake
    • Define, communicate, and continuously refine the product vision based on data, customer insights, and company strategy, ensuring alignment across the organization
    • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap focused on business initiatives, outcomes, and problems to solve
    • Define and drive the product growth strategy (e.g. ARR, conversion, ARPU), with a strong focus on operational efficiency and end-user satisfaction
    • Act as the primary voice of the user by deeply understanding enterprise customer workflows, constraints, and success criteria
    • Define, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, execution feasibility, and technical risk
    • Collaborate closely with engineering to translate problems into clear, actionable requirements and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
    • Evaluate feature feasibility, manage dependencies, and actively mitigate technical and delivery risks in collaboration with engineering leadership
    • Drive product execution across functional, operational, and experiential layers to ensure the product is delivered end to end
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Customer, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align product direction with market needs and commercial realities
    • Clearly communicate product priorities, vision, and value across the organization, including with the Management Board and CTO

    Qualities

    • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in B2B or enterprise software environments
    • Strong problem-first mindset with the ability to think from the user and business perspective
    • High ownership and execution drive
    • Ability to work effectively, set priorities and manage resources with engineering teams
    • Experience translating complex problems into clear, structured product requirements
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around priorities and decisions
    • Commercial awareness and understanding of how product decisions impact sales, delivery, and customer success
    • Experience in banking, utilities, telecommunications or insurance is a plus
    • Fluency in English (minimum C1); Polish and other languages are a plus
